The 321 Cultural Olympiad is a creative endeavor that unites the vibrant realms of sport and art, as envisioned by Baron Pierre de Coubertin, the founder of the modern Olympic Games, and was introduced by the Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum (QOSM).
In honor of De Coubertin's conviction that "arts and literature joined with sport to ensure the greatness of the Olympic Games," the 321 Cultural Olympiad, which will take place from June 1–24, 2025, will emphasize the close relationship between artistic expression and physical performance.
More than 28 schools in Qatar have participated in the expo, and more than 400 student artworks have been submitted, showcasing the extraordinary passion and inventiveness of the country's youth. These pieces highlight the Olympic and Paralympic principles and history through their themes, displays, and narratives.
