Qatar Airways' official FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 song "C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S.," featuring superstar DJ Rodge and internationally acclaimed singer Cheb Khaled, has hit over 21 million views on YouTube just two days after its upload, making it one of the most trending songs from the region.

"C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S.," which was released on the airline’s official YouTube channel on November 17, hitting the 21 million views. It is set to arguably be the top-trending FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 song by the end of the tournament, considering the increasing popularity of the song, whose uplifting lyrics are in English, French, and Arabic.

The catchy melody of "C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S.," whose release coincides with the opening of complimentary pre-departure waiting areas for all passengers flying through Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Doha International Airport (DIA) until December 31, reflects the passion of all fans uniting across the globe in the shared experience of the FIFA World Cup, as per Qatar Airways. Compared to other FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 songs, "C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S." is arguably the first to hit 11 million views within 48 hours of its release.

"Arhbo," another World Cup song featuring Ozuna and GIMS, which was released on August 20, has so far hit 36 million views on the FIFA official YouTube channel, while "Light The Sky," featuring Nora Fatehi, Balqees, Rahma Riad, Manal, and RedOne, has so far garnered 17 million views on the channel more than one month after its release on October 7. Meanwhile, the first official soundtrack for Qatar 2022, Hayya Hayya (Better Together), has had 38 million views on the FIFA channel since its release on April 1, while the latest Tukoh Taka, the official FIFA Fan Festival Anthem featuring Nicki Minaj, Maluma, and Myriam Fares (FIFA Sound), has had about 4.4 million views since its release on November 18. To add on to the list, "Tukoh Taka" made history as the first FIFA World Cup song featuring English, Spanish, and Arabic lyrics. The cross-continental collaboration featured a high-energy synergy between Minaj, Maluma, and Fares as they rapped and sang about uniting fans worldwide and celebrating together. This song has hit 14 million views already.

The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) began to adopt songs that would become the official soundtrack of the global football event, which happens every four years, at Italia 90, almost sixty years after the first-ever edition of the World Cup.
