CEO of QatarEnergy highlights significance of North Field expansion project partnerships, LNG sales agreements during his speech at the Sinopec Forum

The President and CEO of QatarEnergy, as well as the Minister of State for Energy Affairs in Qatar, have praised the expanding energy cooperation between China and Qatar. At the Sinopec Forum in Shanghai, he gave the keynote address and emphasised the importance of the newly inked LNG sales agreements and cooperation for the North Field expansion project.

According to Al Kaabi, China's economic expansion is primarily responsible for the robust increase in energy consumption in Asia. The Minister declared that he was deeply impressed by QatarEnergy's dedication to preserving the environment and human life.

China Petrochemical Corporation was the organiser and host of the Sinopec Forum, which took place concurrently with the China International Import Expo.
