The prestigious real-estate networking event, Cityscape Qatar, begins today

The country's most influential real estate and property investment, development, and networking event, Cityscape Qatar, will feature innovative and exciting projects from around the GVVand beyond. This is evidence showing Qatar's real estate market is rising, attracting both domestic and international investors. HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani is the patron of the event.

The Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) will host Cityscape Qatar starting today  June 20 until June 22. More than 60 regional and international developers, brokers, architects, and more will participate in Cityscape Qatar, showcasing some of the city's most attractive and investable real estate prospects from top-end developers across all property sectors. 

The three-day event, which takes place just five months before the FIFA World Cup, will also shed light on the country's real estate market after the tournament. This year's 10th edition of Cityscape Qatar will provide visitors and exhibitors the opportunity to see leading projects being launched on to the market.  Exhibitors taking part in the three-day event include Qetaifan Projects, Aqarco, DAMAC, Regal London Properties, and Akam Developments.Qatar's economic activity is picking up pace, indicating that the country is recovering from the pandemic. Chris Speller, VP of Cityspace states about how single villa plots are the most regularly traded asset, accounting for 53% of all sales. Within the residential market, this expansion will continue to flourish.

in line with Qatar's National Vision 2030's four pillars, to demonstrate how these major concepts are gaining importance and influencing the future of real estate in Qatar.
