DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ: DASH) announced on 25 February 2026 that it plans to exit four countries — Qatar, Singapore, Japan and Uzbekistan — under its Deliveroo and Wolt operations.
The company will initiate a phased and orderly wind-down in each market, collaborating with local teams and partners to assist employees, merchants, customers, riders and couriers throughout the transition period.
The move comes after a strategic review of market conditions, including the scale of investment required to develop a competitive and sustainable business in those countries. DoorDash also confirmed it will make targeted operational adjustments in certain regions, including expanding select engineering roles in the UK.
