Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister of Interior and Commander of Lekhwiya, Doha hosted the first Doha International Music and Marching Festival (Doha Tattoo) on December 16.
Attended by senior officials, including Lieutenant General Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, the event marked a new cultural highlight for the capital, showcasing military music as a universal language that unites nations.
Organised by the Ministry of Interior with Visit Qatar, the festival runs until December 20 at Katara Cultural Village, featuring Qatari military bands alongside international ensembles from Oman, Jordan, the UK, the US, Türkiye and Kazakhstan.
