Government Services Complex - Al Rayyan

On 9 December 2015, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment inaugurated a government services complex in Al Rayyan City. Four days later, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce established a branch at the services complex. Later in May 2016 another government services complex was created in Mesaimeer. Almost all government ministries are represented at the complex.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​It is responsible for studying, planning and proposing the establishment of service complexes in different regions, coordinating with the competent administrative unit on determination and classification of all services over which each government authority has jurisdiction. In addition, the complex coordinates with the government bodies regarding the provision of services through service complexes, provides all administrative and technical services necessary to facilitate service complexes work, administrative supervision on the organization of workflow in them. It is also competent to examining complaints and proposals of the applicants, in coordination with the administrative units and the competent authorities, taking the necessary actions in this regard.​​​
