Haya Service Center for World Cup ticket holders will open on October 1

The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) will open the Haya Service Center on Saturday 1 October 2022 to assist fans attending this year's FIFA World Cup Qatar.

Located at the Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena, the service center will provide face-to-face support to fans with Haya Card enquiries.

Fans can also print their cards at this facility. The center will be open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and on Fridays from 2 pm to 10 pm till January 23, 2023.

HAYA Card is mandatory for all FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticket holders. It will provide access to stadiums and free public transport on match days during the tournament. The Haya Card will also serve as an entry permit to Qatar for international fans.

Saeed Al Kuwari, Director of Haya Operations, SC, said: “Thousands of fans have successfully applied for their Haya Card and the vast majority enjoy a smooth application process. The service center will provide problem-solving support to fans in the run-up to the tournament and throughout the World Cup.
