The Ministry of Interior has underscored the importance of National Day celebrations reflecting the genuine values of Qatari society and showcasing the State of Qatar’s civilized image. It called on citizens and residents to express their national pride responsibly, in a manner that demonstrates social awareness and respect for public order, decorum, and applicable laws across all celebration venues.
The Ministry also urged the public to avoid behaviors that could threaten public safety, disturb others, or violate personal privacy. Such actions include using spray cans or substances that reduce visibility, stopping randomly or forming gatherings that obstruct traffic, sitting on or exiting vehicles while they are moving, or any conduct that disrupts public order or endangers lives.
Appreciating the cooperation of all segments of society, the Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to regulating traffic, securing celebration sites, and taking firm legal action against violations to ensure a safe, orderly, and enjoyable National Day for all.
