The Ministry of Interior has drawn attention to its “Al-Adeed” service, accessible via the Security section of the Metrash mobile application, which allows users to submit reports directly to the Preventive Security Department.
The service enables residents and visitors to report various concerns, such as breaches of public morals, inappropriate behaviour, security threats, violations in tourist areas, and instances of administrative corruption. Reports can be filed quickly by choosing the appropriate category within the app and entering the necessary information.
This initiative is part of the ministry’s broader efforts to enhance preventive security and encourage community involvement in safeguarding public safety and order.
