The Ministry of Interior has detailed a simple process for renewing residence permits through the Metrash app, eliminating the need to visit the General Directorate of Passports or service centres.
According to the Ministry, users can complete the renewal quickly and conveniently within the app by following these steps:
- Open the “Residency” section
- Select “Residency Renewal”
- Choose the individual for renewal
- Pay the required fee
Once completed, the new residence card will be delivered via Qatar Post.
