The Ministry of Labour has urged the public to stay alert to scams involving fake links, emails, and phone calls aimed at stealing personal or financial information.
Individuals are advised to verify links before clicking and never share passwords or verification codes. The Ministry stressed that official entities do not request sensitive details through email or messaging services.
It also warned against responding to urgent requests for money transfers and advised avoiding sharing information with unverified sources. All official services are available only through platforms ending with “mol.gov.qa”.
Suspicious activity should be reported immediately via the hotline (16505) or email (info@mol.gov.qa), as timely reporting helps protect the community from fraud.
