Mwani Qatar in association MSC, has announced the inauguration of the new weekly shipping line

The opening of a new weekly shipping line linking Hamad Port directly to ports on the Indian subcontinent, the Red Sea, and the Western Mediterranean area has been announced by Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar) in collaboration with Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC).

As a result of the new MSC line's linkages to international locations, the development will assist satisfy the expanding demand of Qatar's export market.

In addition to providing marine connection, the new shipping line provides quick and affordable travel, shortening the time it takes for ships to leave these ports.

According to Mwani Qatar, Hamad Port, one of the biggest ports in the Middle East, is currently placed eighth globally on the Container Port Performance Index (CPPI) for 2022.

The World Bank and S&P Global Market Intelligence index, which assesses how long it takes ships to complete loading and unloading chores, confirms the port's strong capabilities and indicates the port's high-quality operations.
