ONE 166: Qatar will mark the promotion’s first-ever live event, features three highly anticipated World Championship rematches

The biggest martial arts organisation in the world, ONE Championship (ONE), has released information on its worldwide broadcast, the whole bout card, and the event week itinerary for ONE 166: Qatar, presented by Visit Qatar, which takes place on Friday, March 1 at Qatar's Lusail Sports Arena. 

The official presenting partner of ONE 166: Qatar is Visit Qatar. Additional partners include Grand Hyatt Doha, Mondrian Doha, Qatar Living, I Love Qatar, official global energy drink partner Monster Energy, official partner Ooredoo Qatar, and official media partner Media City Qatar.

ONE 166: The promotion's first-ever live event in Qatar will include three eagerly awaited rematches for the World Championship. In the main event, ONE Middleweight MMA World Champion Reinier de Ridder of the Netherlands will square off against unbeaten ONE Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight MMA World Champion Anatoly Malykhin of Russia in an attempt to become the first-ever three-division World Champion. The co-main events of the evening will see U.S.-based ONE Strawweight MMA World Champion Jarred Brooks defend his gold against former titleholder Joshua Pacio of the Philippines, and ONE Featherweight MMA World Champion Tang Kai of China make his comeback to challenge interim titleholder Thanh Le of the U.S. and Vietnam.

Qatar will stream only on beIN Sports in the MENA area and be shown in 190 countries globally. For the first time, Prime Video will be livestreaming a ONE numbered event for Prime members in the United States and Canada. The event will also be shown live and without charge on Watch.ONEFC.com in other locations throughout the globe.
