Paperless strategy represents an essential milestone to improve efficiency in Qatar

NewsBy implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy in its operational factories in Qatar, ACCIONA has advanced its commitment to innovation and sustainability by doing away with paper and centralizing all information in easily accessible and structured databases.
As a component of its "paperless" approach, this achievement marks a crucial turning point in enhancing operational efficiency, traceability, and reporting capabilities.
All personnel at these locations—roughly 110 at UHP and 70 at Ras Abu Fontas 3 plant (RAF A3)—are impacted by the initiative, which has already been implemented at RAF A3 and will soon be expanded to the Umm Al Houl plant (UHP), both in Qatar.
In keeping with the "paperless" goal, all plant records and procedures have been digitalized, doing away with paper and allowing for more effective day-to-day management.
In order to accomplish this change, ACCIONA has collaborated on the development of cutting-edge software intended especially for digitally managing the upkeep and operation of its plants.
With criteria for accessibility, verification, and data quality measurement, the information is integrated in a single database rather than being spread across several separate Excel files, guaranteeing its accuracy and integrity.
