The Ministry of Labour (MOL), in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), announced on Monday, March 23, 2026, that private sector establishments will return to normal working arrangements.
The ministries also confirmed that the earlier recommendation to adopt remote work across private sector entities has been withdrawn. Businesses will now fully resume operations under standard workplace conditions.
This move is intended to maintain smooth and efficient business activities, in line with directives issued by the General Secretariat of the Cabinet regarding the return to on-site work.
