The Public Parks Department is responsible for the Assessment of the requirements of municipalities for the public gardens, parks and green areas, landscaping elements, in the streets and open spaces, Preparation of studies and drawings of the urban landscaping projects, parks, and gardens, Proposing systems for operating and managing public parks, and gardens, besides monitoring their implementation.  Implementation & monitoring of the landscaping and parks of the municipality. Organization of educational and guidance courses for workers in the fields of management, development and maintenance of landscaping public parks.
