Qatar Airways aims to resolve refund requests swiftly despite operational challenges

Qatar Airways said it is working to process refund requests as quickly as possible, though some may take longer due to operational challenges.

Passengers with confirmed bookings between February 28 and April 30, 2026, can request a refund or change their travel dates. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 28 working days, and travellers can track the status via email.

The airline added that only the unused ticket value will be refunded, while add-ons like seat selections will be processed separately.
