Qatar Airways offers refunds or date changes for travel between February 28 and June 15

Qatar Airways has announced that passengers with confirmed bookings for travel between February 28 and June 15, 2026, can either request a refund or modify their travel dates.

Cancelled bookings

If your booking cannot be retrieved:

This means your booking and any add-ons are already being processed for a refund. No further action is needed.

If your booking can be retrieved:

You are eligible for a full refund or can choose to change your travel dates. Add-ons will be refunded separately after the main booking refund is completed.

If you still plan to travel:

You may reschedule your trip up to October 31, 2026, on Qatar Airways-operated flights, subject to availability.

Refund processing and tracking

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 28 working days. Passengers can check the status of their refund through the “Track a refund” option on the Qatar Airways website.

Bookings made through travel agents

For tickets purchased via travel agents or third-party platforms, passengers are advised to contact their original point of purchase to arrange refunds.
