Qatar Airways has urged passengers not to travel to Hamad International Airport unless they receive confirmation that their flight is scheduled.
In an update issued at 5pm Doha time on March 5, the airline said it has begun operating a limited number of relief flights to assist passengers affected by temporary airspace closures across the region.
Affected passengers will be contacted directly with their flight details and next steps. For those currently in Doha, airline representatives are available at designated hotels to assist with travel arrangements. Travellers are also advised to update their contact details via the Qatar Airways website or mobile app to receive important updates.
