Qatari short film From Here To Anywhere: The Story of Football in Qatar received the Best Short Film award at the 43rd Paladino d’Oro Sports Film Festival

At the 43rd Paladino d'Oro Sports Film Festival held in Agrigento, Italy, the short film From Here To Anywhere: The Story of Football in Qatar won the esteemed Best Short Film title. The film's director, Justin Kramer, told The Peninsula that it was an enormous honour to be included in Qatari cinematic history. Produced by Qatar Museums for the 3-2-1 Olympic Sports Museum in Qatar, the video marked the first acceptance of a Qatari film in the esteemed Sicilian film festival in southern Italy.

The director claimed that he had always been fascinated by the subject of football in Qatar and that his fascination in the history of the game in that nation motivated him to present the squad throughout many "illustrious" years.
