Rodizio is a unique Brazilian dining concept where different meat cuts are prepared on live open flame grills in the center of the restaurant and served on skewers to guests table by the Passadores who slice the various cuts onto each diner’s plate.

Inspired by the Southern part of Brazil, Rodizio Grill offers over a dozen rotisserie-grilled meats, perfectly seasoned and carved tableside by Rodizio Gauchos. Our meats are sliced thin to capture the tenderness and flavor produced by our slow-roasting process.
