Vodafone Qatar won prizes for Best Analytics Solution of the Year, Best Customer Experience Solution of the Year, and Best Advanced Analytics Leader 2025, showcasing its dedication to digital enablement and data-driven innovation.
One of the most notable of the award-winning projects was Vodafone's Big Data Analytics as a Service platform, which uses real-time intelligence and predictive analytics to transform anonymized telecom data into useful business insights. In a similar vein, the AI-driven Self-Activation Journeys for Fiber and Instant Mobile SIMs were acknowledged for revolutionizing the onboarding procedure through totally digital, automated, and secure experiences.
