Amir inaugurated the strategic fighter jet wing No. 5 Ababil - F15 QA of the Qatar Amiri Air Force

On Tuesday morning, the Qatar Amiri Air Force's No. 5 Ababil (F15 QA) strategic fighter jet wing was officially inaugurated at Al Udeid Air Base by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani. During the visit, His Highness received an overview of the recently produced Ababil F15 QA aircraft, their combat capabilities, and the key contemporary technologies employed in them. In addition to seeing the aircraft storage and maintenance building, His Highness received a briefing on the instant take-off building (air-to-air) and the pilots' building (air-to-surface).
