Qatar Airways has introduced new signature onboard music created in collaboration with renowned composer Hans Zimmer, adding a distinctive musical identity to its passenger experience.
Inspired by Qatar and its cultural heritage, the composition forms part of the airline’s five-track album, Burgundy Symphony. The collaboration blends Zimmer’s cinematic style with Qatar Airways’ vision of creating memorable travel experiences through music that captures the emotions and moments of a journey.
The launch took place at Hans Zimmer’s concert in Doha on November 6, where audiences got an exclusive preview of the collaboration through a film showcasing the inspiration behind Burgundy Symphony. Qatar Airways passengers can now experience the new music onboard.
The five-track album captures different stages of travel. Dawn reflects the excitement of new beginnings and discovery, while Dusk evokes the calm of flying above the clouds as daylight fades.
