Communications Regulatory Authority has launched a new version of its mobile App “Arsel” for enhancing the user experience

A new version of the "Arsel" mobile app from the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has been released with the goal of improving user experience and offering better services to customers through a mobile-friendly design.

Users of the App may submit questions and complaints regarding telecom services as well as CRA services including the Qatari domain name registration service and radio spectrum services.

CRA must also provide updates and follow-ups about their queries and grievances.  Additionally, users of the App have access to the e-spectrum services portal, where they can make requests for new frequency licences as well as for their renewal, modification, or cancellation. Additionally, the portal enables them to pay the necessary fees, view and track their submitted applications.

The "Arsel" App may be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store. The National Authentication System "Tawtheeq," which authenticates users of online government services, is connected with the App.
