According to Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail), over 228 million passengers have benefited from the Doha Metro's top-notch transit throughout the previous six years.

This accomplishment shows the metro network's ongoing dedication to offering citizens and tourists alike safe, effective, and superior transit services throughout Qatar.

The metro's outstanding track record and its function as a pillar of Qatar's public transportation system were emphasized by Qatar Rail in a statement posted on the X platform.

A remarkable 99.91% of customers were satisfied overall, and key performance measures for service availability, regularity, and punctuality averaged 99.84%. The Doha Metro's steadfast emphasis on passenger safety is demonstrated by its remarkably low accident frequency rate of just 0.01.
