Great Place to Work has listed 5 Qatar-based firms as Best Workplaces for Women 2023

The list of the top 50 Best Workplaces for WomenTM 2023 in the GCC was published by Great Place to Work, the world authority on workplace culture, and 5 Qatar-based companies were included. McDonald's Kuwait topped the list, followed by the Saudi Arabian aerospace giant Bae Systems in second place and the well-known UAE-based retail chain Splash in third.

The highest-ranked firm in Qatar on the list is McDonald's Qatar, which is in eighth position. Additionally, McDonald's Qatar was placed seventh on Best Workplaces in QatarTM 2023 and ranked 17th on Best Workplaces in the Middle EastTM 2023 (Large-Sized Organisations). Following this is SHIFT Group at position 16, adding to their existing ranks of sixth among small businesses in the Middle East, sixth among businesses catering to millennials, and fifth among businesses in Qatar.

25th on the list was the media business UM Qatar. On Best Workplaces for MillennialsTM 2023 and Best Workplaces in QatarTM 2023, they were placed 23rd and 19, respectively. 33rd position went to Doha Drug Store. Adding to its accomplishment of being designated the 10th Best Workplace in QatarTM 2023, Lesha Bank grabbed the 39th spot on the list.
