Ministry of Justice has started issuing real estate certificates using a design adhering to Qatar’s brand identity

The Ministry of Justice's Real Estate Registration Department has begun issuing real estate certificates in accordance with Qatar's brand identity, that matches the brand's design principles, marks, accessibility, colour scheme, typography, and design elements. The department clarified that the redesign has an eye-catching signature style, uses security paper that is resistant to scuffs and scratches, provides more room for ownership information, and takes environmental norms into account. 

Minister of Justice H E Masoud bin Mohammed Al Amri ordered that all Ministry of Justice papers be redesigned to comply with Qatar's visual brand identification criteria. According to Amer Saeed Al Ghafri, director of the Real Estate Registration Department, this new issuance is the result of this direction.

Al Ghafri clarified that the new certificate design is just for freshly issued papers and does not change the data or revoke the validity of previous certifications.
