Utilizing Microsoft's cutting-edge cloud and artificial intelligence technologies, such as Azure OpenAI's sophisticated capabilities, the MOL360 Initiative will launch a complete, secure platform intended to offer previously unheard-of labor market analytics.
In addition to improving employment services and workforce planning, the platform will increase transparency in Qatar's labor market by facilitating data-driven decision-making and predicting future trends.
The "360 Platform," a unified system created to smoothly integrate internal and external services for Ministry personnel and clients, is being implemented as part of the MOL360 Initiative. With the use of this platform, Ministry staff will be able to more effectively handle all of their everyday responsibilities, such as correspondence, IT support, and human resources, all inside a centralized system.
