MoEHE has launched a 15 services ‘Maarif’ app to offer its services to students, parents and schools

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has made its services available to schools, parents, and students through the creation of a mobile application. Exam results, certificate issuance, e-registration in government schools, e-registration for adult students (home track), e-registration for adult students (parallel track), purchase items for adult education, equivalency of school certificates, verification of certificates and compulsory education platform, prior approval for high education, and university equivalency certificate are among the 15 services that the "Maarif" app offers.

The programme functions as a comprehensive electronic gateway, effortlessly combining the many public services offered by MoEHE under one digital roof. The objective is to satisfy the various demands of people by offering them a solution that both meets and beyond their expectations.

The app's launch is in line with MoEHE's goal of keeping up with the nation's digital transformation while fulfilling its mission to offer cutting-edge services that improve communication with all facets of society and are tailored to the needs of the modern world.

The "Maarif" app's services have been categorised as appropriate for a range of users, including parents, students, teachers, and higher education. This guarantees user-friendliness and optimises the advantages of its functionalities, including intelligent search and fast access to the most often utilised services. Additionally, the app has a notification service that enables prompt and easy contact between the public and the ministry.

With a new channel for services accessible through mobile devices on the Apple, Google, and Huawei stores, the "Maarif" app stands out and draws in a wider user base that favours mobile devices over desktops. The programme will gradually add more services as they become available.

To obtain information on using the services, users can click on the service symbol. For instance, adult education students who wish to enrol in the parallel track can apply for electronic registration in one of the government schools using the online Registration for Adult Education Students (Parallel Track) electronic service. After submitting an application for registration via the online portal, the student will visit the school to provide the required paperwork.
