MoI outlines procedure for issuing “To Whom It May Concern” certificates through Metrash2

Through the Department of Nationality and Travel Documents, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has provided instructions on how to issue "To Whom It May Concern" certifications using the Metrash2 smartphone app.

The program eliminates the need for users to visit administrative offices or get in touch with the appropriate authorities by allowing them to request certificates—such as certificates for family members or name amendments—in a few easy steps. Following the completion of the necessary paperwork and payment of any costs, the requested certificate is delivered straight to the applicant's registered email address.

MoI has implemented this service to improve digital services, expedite administrative processes, and increase the accessibility of government services for people and residents.
