Msheireb Museums launched “Explore Msheireb: The Smart City of Tomorrow” in collaboration with Qatar Reads, an initiative of Qatar National Library, as part of its October Family Reading Program.
The event introduced Smart City Explorer, a new activity booklet for children and families that uses Msheireb Downtown Doha to teach smart and sustainable city concepts through interactive activities.
The program also featured hands-on workshops where children explored coding, sensors and smart-home systems, while another workshop combined traditional Qatari patterns with 3D-printed clay molds, connecting heritage with innovation.
