"Ouqoul" platform launched to expedite the hiring process for private sector enterprises

The "Ouqoul" platform is a digital effort launched by the Ministry of Labour (MoL) to expedite the hiring process for private sector enterprises looking to hire Qatari university graduates. 

In keeping with Qatar's commitment to increase employment opportunities for talent with domestic education, "Ouqoul" provides a simple, user-friendly interface that links employers in the private sector with qualified foreign graduates. Institutions that value incorporating in-house expertise into their staff are the only ones eligible for the first phase.

"Ouqoul" gives businesses the most freedom by allowing them to either generate job specs directly on the platform or upload them as PDFs. Its AI-powered chatbot, which helps companies create accurate, customized job descriptions on demand, is a noteworthy feature.
