Over 2.1 million passengers used Doha Metro and Lusail Tram since the beginning of AFC 2023 Asian Cup

According to Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail), between the start of the AFC 2023 Asian Cup on January 12 to January 21, 2024, over 2.1 million people have travelled on the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.

From the start of the AFC Asian Cup till the completion of the second round, 2,164,211 passengers travelled throughout our networks; 2,086,162 of them used Doha Metro and 78,049 used Lusail Tram.
