Qatar Airways has warned passengers about fraudulent social media accounts impersonating the airline and seeking personal or financial information.
The airline said it will never request passwords, OTPs, banking details or other sensitive information through social media or direct messages.
Passengers are advised to use only Qatar Airways’ official website, mobile app and verified social media channels for bookings and customer support.
The airline urged travellers to remain vigilant and report suspicious accounts or messages.
