The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has opened online applications for the Qatar Education Excellence Award from October 1–31, 2026.
Applicants can review the criteria and submit required documents through the electronic portal. Results will be announced on February 4, 2027, with the awards ceremony scheduled for April 18, 2027.
A September introductory session familiarized applicants with the electronic application process, including document uploads and submission procedures. A Help Center also provides guidance on eligibility, evaluation criteria and requirements for the award’s nine categories.
In 2026, the award received 371 applicants, up 34% from 2025, with 108 winners, including 38 platinum and 70 gold medalists. The award aims to promote excellence, innovation and outstanding achievements in education, science and research.
