The three levels in this award category—which is intended for recent converts from various expatriate populations living in Qatar—are as follows: Surat Al Fatihah and the brief chapters up to Surat Al Qara'a in the first level, and Surat Al Fatihah and half of Juz Amma up to Surat Al Ala in the second level. Regarding the third level, it fully incorporates Juz Amma and Surat Al-Fatihah.
As part of the competition's efforts to pay attention to and involve new converts in Holy Quran contests, the organising committee clarified that setting aside a category just for them. The programme strives to increase their sense of religion and connection to Islam in their hearts, as well as their brotherhood and camaraderie with one another.
