Registration is now open for runners wishing to take part in the Ooredoo Doha Marathon 2024

Ooredoo is happy to announce that registration is now open for runners who want to participate in the Ooredoo Doha Marathon 2024. Ooredoo is a major sponsor of national athletic success. On Friday, February 16, 2024, the competition will feature more than 15,000 competitors competing across a variety of distances. The half marathon (21.1KM), 10KM, and 5KM races, all of which are available to adult competitors, will be held in addition to the full marathon (42.2KM). In addition, there will be a 1KM race for kids under the age of 13 and a mini marathon for juniors ages 13 to 17 that will cover a distance of 5KM.

Ooredoo has teamed with UK-based sports agency GW Active to further raise the visibility of the most well-attended annual athletic event in Qatar and make sure it complies with high international standards.

The Ooredoo Doha Marathon has Gold status this year, which permits participants to earn spots in major marathon competitions including the Boston Marathon.

As registrations are anticipated to sell out, competitors are encouraged to register online as soon as possible to prevent the disappointment of being unable to participate in this extraordinary event. The official website's admission procedure is fairly simple to use, and participants may save 25% on registration expenses by signing up four or more runners at once.

Along with the amazing chance to participate in the Ooredoo Doha Marathon, participants will also receive a goodie bag that includes a custom race t-shirt, their bib number, and a timing chip. Between February 13 and February 15, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, race packets can be picked up at specific sites (to be announced via the website and participant email).
