Tadweer Art Exhibition opened with the participation of 30 artists from more than 17 countries

The Tadweer Art Exhibition, hosted by the Celebrations Committee of the Private Engineering Office in Souq Waqif's Western Square and featuring 30 artists from over 17 countries in addition to the State of Qatar, was inaugurated on Sunday by Minister of Culture, HE Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Thani.

Mohammed bin Mutlaq Al Qahtani, Vice President of the Private Engineering Office, as well as several ambassadors and diplomats accredited to the state, intellectuals, artists, and media representatives attended the opening.

Three key elements, "iron, paper, and wood," are the focus of this year's Tadweer Art Exhibition, according to Rowdha Al Mansoori, manager of the Souq Waqif Arts Centre. The three sections of the tents, which are divided into three sections in the Souq Waqif's Western Square, are each assigned to one of the three elements.
