Talabat announces the 2023 edition of “Summer Together” focused on supporting riders around the region during the hotter months

talabat has introduced the "Rider Shelf" in its corporate office, which is fully stocked with chilled fruit juices and Aquafina water sponsored by Baladna and Pepsico, respectively, for riders to grab on the go when delivering to the offices, as well as air-conditioned waiting areas in collaboration with restaurants where users of talabat can take breaks and hydrate throughout the day. These initiatives this year aim to ensure the safety and well-being of riders.

Talabat's enhanced technology supports riders on the platform every day, providing them the freedom to select their preferred shifts and plan breaks whenever necessary to relax and drink. The app's cutting-edge technology also offers riders the safest and most effective route alternatives, ensuring that they travel the smallest distances feasible when on delivery. By doing this, waiting and transit time throughout their shifts is significantly reduced.

Customers are urged by talabat to be kind and considerate by offering water and cool beverages upon collecting their orders, as well as to be patient and give way to other drivers and riders on the road.
