The 11th edition of Cityscape Qatar will kick off at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre on October 24

‘The 11th edition of Cityscape Qatar, hosted by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, will begin on October 24 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, organisers said on Tuesday. With a single admission, attendees will be able to visit two other exhibits, INDEX Design Qatar and The Big 5 Construct Qatar (all October 23 to 25).
The three exhibitions will provide attendees with fresh sector insights as well as the opportunity to network with colleagues.
More than 10,000 people are expected to attend Cityscape Qatar, which will include more than 50 notable exhibitors. Qatar Airways, the official airline partner of the expo, will shortly unveil special travel deals for participants. Local exhibitors include Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, Qatar Sotheby's, Mazaya, Sky Bridge, Global Migrate, Italian Trade Agency, Just Real Estate, and UDC. Trafalgar Properties, Ray White, Bin Faqeeh, and Regal London will be among the worldwide brands represented.
Thousands of industry experts, homebuyers, and investors are anticipated to attend Cityscape Qatar to discuss possibilities, trends, and difficulties in Qatar's real estate market.
According to a Knight Frank research, the most common type of real estate is residential property (37%), followed by office space (33%), and retail property (23%).
Qatar's real estate sector has seen the greatest benefits from the $229 billion invested in infrastructure in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. 'Cityscape Talks' will return this year as the 'go-to platform' for all real estate in Qatar. It will complement the expo and provide spectators and exhibitors with valuable information and insight.
The Cityscape WIRE (Women in Real Estate) project will also be featured at Cityscape Talks, with a special panel and networking session showcasing women leaders, their experiences, successes, and contributions to Qatari real estate.
