Uber has formally started airport pick-up operations, allowing passengers traveling to and from Hamad International Airport (HIA) to once again experience the ease of the ride-hailing service.
Through the Uber app, passengers can directly request a ride and proceed to the newly assigned pick-up location. This pickup location is in the Short Term Car Park building, next to the East Car Park exit.
Uber has positioned branded signage across the airport to direct travelers to the appropriate area, simplifying the procedure. As an alternative, customers can easily go to the pick-up zone by following the in-app instructions.
