19th Asian Games : Qatari athletes standing out for their superhuman feats anticipated to bring honour to Qatar

The 19th Asian Games, which begin on September 23 in Hangzhou, China, will provide Qatar with yet another opportunity to highlight the achievements of its athletes in the sports industry. For the quadrennial tournament, which lasts through October 8, Qatar announced a massive 180-member delegation. On the Asian stage, several Qatari athletes are anticipated to excel and bring honour to their homeland.

Qatar has made steady progress on the greatest continental arena after fielding their first squad at the 1978 Asian Games in Bangkok. Athletes from Qatar have competed in 11 Asian Games and have so far taken home 43 gold, 31 silver, and 46 bronze medals. Some of them stand out for achieving superhuman feats, taking home many gold medals at one Asian Games or another. These include:
