The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) has reiterated that performing Hajj without an official permit is not allowed, urging pilgrims to follow all required procedures.
In a social media statement, the ministry advised pilgrims to obtain permits from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia before travelling.
Awqaf also stressed the importance of adhering to regulations to ensure a safe and organised Hajj season.
