Builder.ai, the AI powered composable software platform, announced an investment of over $250 million in a Series D funding

Tuesday saw the announcement of an investment of over $250 million in a Series D fundraising by Builder.ai, the AI-driven composable software platform meant to be simple and accessible so that common businesses and people can convert their ideas into software. With the latest investment, headed by Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), the firm has now raised more than $450 million, increasing its worth by up to 1.8 times.

With a greater emphasis on leveraging human dialogue as the primary user interface for people to develop software, the most recent amount of funding will support the company's sustained market leadership and innovation pipeline and enable more investments in personnel, partnerships, and technology. The Series D round included participation from additional existing and new investors including Iconiq Capital, Jungle Ventures & Insight Partners.
