Doha Bank has secured the esteemed “Market Leader” rating in the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility from Euromoney

Leading financial company Doha Bank has received the coveted “Market Leader” ranking in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) space from Euromoney, a well-known international publication that focuses on banking and international financial markets. This acknowledgement strengthens Doha Bank's illustrious position as one of the top financial institutions in the area and around the world. 

Doha Bank received the top ranking in Euromoney's 2023 evaluation, confirming its position as the industry leader in corporate social responsibility. 

The global publication also gave the bank a "Notable" grade in these crucial areas for 2023, highlighting its achievements in digital solutions and compliance with Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) guidelines. 

Under the direction of the Group Chief Executive Officer, His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Rahman Bin Fahad Bin Faisal Al Thani, Doha Bank has led a number of projects in the last year that have been in line with its commitment to social responsibility. 

Notable projects included a blood donation campaign run in conjunction with Hamad Medical Corporation, an Earth Hour 2023 campaign to raise awareness of climate change by turning off the lights at the bank's main office and branch locations, a beach cleanup project at Umm Al Shukhut Reserve in honor of Qatari Environment Day, and sponsorship of Iftar meals during Ramadan by means of the Qatar Charity Foundation.

Euromoney's rigorous evaluation procedure, which includes surveys, opinion polls, and independent assessments from prominent figures in the financial services industry, emphasizes Doha Bank's leadership position in the market and commitment to quality.
