Three Lusail projects—Lusail Boulevard, Al Sa’ad Plaza and The Seef, developed by Qatari Diar—have won international architecture awards, highlighting the city’s growing reputation for contemporary urban design.
Lusail Boulevard won in the Mixed-Use Building category, recognised for combining commercial, hospitality, residential and public spaces in a pedestrian-friendly urban setting.
Al Sa’ad Plaza won in the Skyscrapers/High-Rise category, recognised for its contemporary towers and contribution to Lusail’s waterfront skyline.
The Seef was also recognised in the Mixed-Use Building category for its modern waterfront development combining residential and urban spaces.
The three awards mark another international achievement for Qatari Diar, highlighting Lusail’s growth as a hub for modern architecture and urban development.
