The Ministry of Interior posted a visual guide on social media on Monday that outlines the exact steps involved in using the Financial Claims Payment Service, which is provided by the General Directorate of Passports' Search and Follow-Up Department.
The service is available via the Metrash2 app and the Ministry of Interior's official website, enabling users to safely and digitally finish the procedure.
Users can do the following:
- Use an establishment ID, sponsor ID, or visa number to inquire about financial claims.
- Pay particular claims, such as fines, fees, and airline ticket prices.
- Use a credit card to make a safe payment.
- Download a formal payment receipt after a transaction is completed successfully.
