The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has introduced new guidelines to regulate the delivery sector, strengthen consumer protection, and ensure transparency and fair competition.
The rules define the responsibilities of delivery companies, digital platforms, sales outlets, service providers, and consumers, with all required to comply. Violations may lead to legal action under applicable laws.
